I am a women’s leadership mentor, children’s book author, musician, athlete, and lifelong student of spiritual and embodied disciplines. With over 25 years of executive and entrepreneurial leadership experience, I now focus on supporting women in aligning ambition with well-being and achievement with authenticity.

Daily Discipline

My life is structured around daily rituals:

Meditation, Qigong/Yoga, Reflective spiritual, study/Journaling/Intention Setting Mindful nutrition Intentional movement I continue ongoing study in spirituality, contemplative theology, Buddhism, sacred geometry, Tai Chi, and internal martial arts. Leadership must first be practiced inwardly before it is expressed outwardly.
